Jan Reichmuth has more patience than Job. Everything had to be explained over and over; the same thing over and over. But she was always at the other end of the phone or text to go through it again. I wanted everything to happen that day. She couldn’t make that happen but she did talk me through it—until the next day when it all started over. I could not have survived the process without her. Thanks, Jan. Why couldn’t you have come to CO to help me buy?? But at least the process here is a lot easier.
