Closed. I’m still perhaps in a bit of shock over how all of this unfolded. This adorable house popped up in our number one preferred neighborhood just shortly before we moved into our temporary home. A home we thought we might be in for at least a year or so, as we had begun looking for our forever home well over a year ago and never could find “the one”. The listing said they wouldn’t even entertain a contingent offer, but we pushed because we knew we were awfully close to closing on our house. We took the chance anyway and with our agent’s advice, we put our absolute best foot forward and to our surprise it paid off. Our offer was accepted. However, it came with quite a long list of demands, and boy did we have to perform – no, our agent Stephanie Faucett, had to perform. There were deadlines to meet and what seemed like a list of impossible tasks to complete in order for our deal to follow through. We were thrilled, yet very hesitant to share any excitement because we knew the task at hand was going to be very challenging to complete. Many sleepless nights were had by all, and our agent, Stephanie, was working around the clock to make it happen. And despite all of the stipulations, our agent persevered. Stephanie hustled, bent over backyards with telephone after telephone call, placed hard deadlines on people to perform, stood her ground and required everyone to step up their game in order for us to seal the deal on our forever home. She did it, and she absolutely killed it in the process! Without a doubt we would not have our forever home if we did not have Stephanie as our agent. I don’t know anyone else that would have hustled that hard or worked around the clock to make their clients dreams come true like she did. We cannot thank you enough Stephanie for everything you have gone through to make this happen for us. The timing in all of this has been absolutely impeccable, and it never would have woven together so perfectly if not for the diligence and persistence of our agent, Stephanie. From the bottom of our hearts and with much profound gratefulness, we thank you Stephanie.
